EPK | Yokan
Years of collaboration have given pianist-composer Yotam Ishay and percussionist Kan Yanabe an unusually intuitive musical connection. Ishay’s lyrical melodies and impressionistic harmonies meet Kan’s rich world of rhythm and color, drawing on jazz, Jewish and Middle Eastern traditions. Their performances move freely between intimacy, rhythmic intensity, and spontaneous interplay.
